How To Enable Voicemail On Iphone

Need to get your voicemail set up on your iPhone, but not sure how to go about it? If so, you've come to the right place. Today, we're going to show you how to get your voicemail set up and activated on your iOS device. We'll also give you some helpful tips and things to keep in mind before you start going through the process, so be sure to read all the way to the end of this article!

To set up voicemail on your iPhone:

1. First, tap Phone.

Tap the Phone icon on your home screen to launch your phone calling app.

2. From the menu that appears at the bottom, select Voicemail.

You should see a menu bar at the bottom of your screen. In the bottom right corner, tap Voicemail.

3. On the next screen, tap Set Up Voicemail.

If you haven't set up your inbox yet, you'll see this screen. Tap Set Up Voicemail to get started.

4. Enter a password you want to use for your voicemail, then tap Done.

Now you can choose a password. Enter a 4-digit code you'd like to use to gain access to your voice messages.

5. Select a custom voicemail greeting or the default one.

The last step in setting up your voicemail system on your iPhone is to set an audio greeting that people will hear before leaving you a voice message. You can choose to use the default greeting by tapping Default, or record your own personalized greeting by tapping Custom.

If you choose to record a custom greeting, tap Record to begin recording one. When you're finished recording your greeting, tap Done to save it.

3. From another phone, call your own phone number to ensure your voicemail was set up properly.
